2. Content Hosting and Control
All images, videos, thumbnails, and embedded media displayed on PornSorter are hosted, controlled, and maintained exclusively by third-party content providers. PornSorter has no control over the creation, production, or recordkeeping of such content.
3. Recordkeeping Compliance
All persons appearing in visual content displayed through third-party integrations were represented by the content providers to be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of the creation of such content.
The required records pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by the respective primary producers of the content. Requests for access to these records should be directed to the content’s original producer or hosting platform.
4. Exemption Statement
To the extent that any content appearing on PornSorter may be considered exempt under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and applicable regulations, PornSorter relies on the representations and certifications provided by its third-party partners.
5. Designated Records Custodian
PornSorter does not maintain or control 2257 records. The designated records custodians are the respective third-party content providers and producers from whom the content originates.
